CFX's Ideology

"Food"...it is an essential essence for the human to live and cannot be produced without "Water"-"Earth" and "Air".

With the rise of mass production and mass consumption the delicate balance of nature is slwoly but steadily breaking down.

The desire of the consumers for ever cheaper products and the ability to consume those at any given time of the year has fueled the rise of mass production and consumption. To maintain this demand, chemicals are used to prolong the products lifecycle and an excessive amount of energy is used for logistics alone.

We believe that it is time to rethink our approach to "Food".

In recent years "Food" safety and its assurance have been increasingly coming under fire,however,they should never ever be questioned. We expect safety and assurance to be a natural norm and they should neither be used as selling points or quality classifications of products. We believe that society as a whole is starting to loose its perspective on food itself.


The keyword that CFX suggests is"Green".

Strategy

To begin with CFX would like to spread the use of organic products. The importance of spreading the use of organic products lies not just in the fact of our believe in "Food" safety and assurance, it goes further. Proper food education, reviewing the way of land cultivation and agriculture for the future will be vital.


Organic products are certainly not cheap but the spread of organic products and food is an investment for a better and safer future food culture.


Using the green ideology as a base we aim to start a line of "green" coffeehouses. With this we hope to bring the "Green"experience closer home and establish its vision to the people. The goal is to make everyone feel to be a part of the green process and raise their ecological consciousness. Ultimatelly planting a seed in them that hopefully takes us a step closer to a greener future.
